Right-of-way & industrial
Vegetation Management
You have a corridor to clear, a grant to spend, or a right-of-way that has to be safe and compliant. You need capacity and paperwork that hold up.
Utility corridors, access roads, industrial sites and municipal fuel-reduction projects have a different problem than a backyard. The scale is larger, the timeline is fixed by a grant cycle or an outage window, and the work has to be documented against safety and environmental rules that get audited. A contractor who cannot show SECOR-level safety systems or evidence of environmental compliance is a liability on a file that a procurement officer has to defend.
The risks are specific. Clearing during nesting season without an avian sweep can breach the Migratory Birds Convention Act and stop the project. Missing documentation can cost the next funding cycle. And a crew without the training or the equipment for remote, rugged ground is a safety incident waiting to appear in a report.
We deliver mechanical brushing and mulching, utility corridor and right-of-way clearing, invasive and noxious weed control, forest fuel reduction, and remote backcountry work, with the compliance built in. Pre-work environmental checks including avian sweeps, work carried out to recognized safety standards, and clean documentation you can put straight into a FRIAA or Alberta Purchasing Connection file. Debris is chipped and mulched on site into reusable biomass rather than piled and left.
The work is scoped to satisfy whoever is on the other side of the file. Whether that is the Municipality of Canmore or the Town of Banff, Alberta Parks, Parks Canada on Banff, Yoho or Jasper National Park land, a utility, or an industrial operator, each carries its own safety and environmental standard, and the documentation is built to meet it.
If you are scoping an RFP or a grant-funded project, send us the location, the scale and the timeline. We will respond with capacity, method and the documentation you will need to award and defend the contract.
